Equity-One™ is not a pooled mortgage fund. Your investment is not “mixed” with others in a pooled or unitised structure. Other mortgage funds which are structured in this manner cannot specifically detail where their investor’s funds are directly lent.

Equity-One™ Mortgage Fund also prides itself on having NO DEBT.


DocuSign is a platform allowing parties to sign documents electronically with an eSignature. For all new investments, investors are required to sign relevant documents following confirmation of an allocation to a loan.

How to invest

1. Download a copy of our Product Disclosure statement (PDS)


2. Fill in the Application Form at the back of the PDS;

3. Send the Application Form back to us (level 13, 256 Queen Street Melbourne VIC 3000).

4. We will then contact you to make your first investment with Equity-One™ Mortgage Fund.
