Dean has extensive experience of over 25 years in investment and commercial finance. He is the founder of Equity-One Mortgage Fund and has served as Managing Director since its inception.
Dean has Diplomas of Financial Planning from both Deakin University and RMIT University, and is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.
Andrew has been appointed as one of the Directors of Equity-One Mortgage Fund. Prior to this, he’s been working as a Chartered Tax Adviser to the Westlawn Group for over 20 years.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, a Diploma in Financial Planning, and a Certificate IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking. He’s a Registered Tax Agent under ATO and a Registered Company and SMSF Auditor under ASIC. He is also a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Tax Institute and Specialist Advisor of the SMSF Association.
Geoff has been involved in the finance industry since 1982 and brings to the Board an extensive background in banking, credit provision/analysis, business development and senior management. He started his finance background with ANZ Bank and Esanda reaching management level before joining Westlawn Finance Limited in 1994.
In 2007 , Geoff was appointed General Manager Finance and in 2008 became a director of the company. In 2012 was appointed CEO and continues in this role today. Geoff holds a Certificate IV and Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking).
Tom has been with Equity-One since 2008. With a diverse skill set and experience in the mortgage lending industry, Tom works closely with the Managing Director, Board, and all staff to maintain smooth relationships with key stakeholders and associates.
Outside of the office you will find Tom ferrying his three daughters to various sporting activities and when possible, on the golf course or at the MCG watching the Mighty Blues.
Michelle started at Equity-One in 2018 with a Bachelors of Law/Commerce and experience in the legal industry. She is responsible for ensuring the Fund meets its requirements and obligations under applicable industry regulation.
Family and friends mean a lot to Michelle, and you’ll find her with them chatting over coffee, at the “G” watching her beloved Pies, and at the occasional horror movie flick.
In the newly created role of Head of Product Distribution & Origination, Nick's role is focused on supporting and growing broker partnerships and aims to ensure brokers are getting the best deal in a competitive market. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT and Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics from Deakin University.
Outside of the office, Nick spends most of his time keeping up with a busy family, catching up with friends and praying one day Essendon will win a final.
Bringing a diverse range of experience across mortgage aggregation and lending, Maurice's role as National Sales Manager is focused on growing Equity-One's national footprint via the third-party channel. Maurice holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking from the AAMC.
Outside of the office Maurice enjoys spending quality time with his family, which includes taking them to various sporting activities. During the AFL season you will also you will find him barracking for the Carlton Football Club.
Jenny began her journey at Equity-One in 2016, after completing a Masters Degree in Professional Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology. Jenny is a qualified Accountant, earning her CPA in August 2024. She directly reports to the Responsible Managers on the financial procedures and operations of the business.
When not travelling, Jenny enjoys reading a good book, going on hikes, and planning for her next adventure.
Johnny is the Accounts Manager at Equity-One. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting major) from Swinburne University and is a CPA Qualified Accountant with experience in hospitality, property development, manufacturing, and retail. Johnny has a strong understanding of financial reporting, audit, tax compliance, business strategy and ERP integration.
Outside the office, Johnny enjoys travelling around Australia, watching movies and the footy and spending time with his family at the park.
Eloise started at Equity-One in 2024 after graduating from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting. Eloise works jointly with the portfolio managers and accounts manager and regularly assists investors.
When Eloise isn't travelling, she enjoys trying out new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
Nathan joined Equity-One in 2024 as a Graduate Accountant after completing a Bachelors degree of Commerce from Griffith University, majoring in finance economics and accounting. Nathan works closely with investors, portfolio managers and the accounts team.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys reading, working out at the gym, and surfing.
Vivien has worked with Equity-One since 2024, joining the credit team as a Credit Analyst. Vivien completed a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury, followed by a Master of Commerce at the University of Queensland.
In Vivien's free time she enjoys travelling and loves to cook.
Yuki joined the credit team in 2024 as a Credit Analyst with 7 years' experience working in the banking industry with a focus on lending. Yuki has completed a Master of Business, specialising in banking and finance from Monash University.
Outside of the office Yuki enjoys cooking and oriental dancing.
Vincent holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, from Monash University and brings more than 11 years of experience across banking and finance, with a strong background in home lending and credit analysis.
Outside of work, Vincent enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time with family and travelling.
Eponie is a loan officer at Equity-One, working closely within the credit team. She brings 10+ years of experience in banking and finance, having previously held roles at National Australia Bank and Westpac. Eponie has a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) and a Diploma of Financial Planning from RMIT University.
When not working, you’ll find her travelling, trying new places to eat, or spending time with her family.
Chelsea joined Equity-One in 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Professional Communication from RMIT University, with specialisations in advertising, media, public relations and journalism, and brings more than seven years of experience across a range of industries.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys road trips and keeping active.
Dimitri joined Equity-One in 2025, having previously completed a Certificate III in Business at Integrity Business College. He is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking through AAMC Training Group.
Outside of work, Dimitri enjoys keeping active at the gym, trying new foods and spending time with family and friends.
