Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 15 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 15 December 2026 ("Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to participants who:
- Are Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
- Are Australian-based commercial finance or mortgage brokers.
- Are accredited with an Australian aggregator or otherwise authorised to conduct mortgage broking activities in Australia.
- Meet Equity-One’s broker accreditation requirements.
- Hold a current and valid Australian driver’s licence at the time of entry and on the event date.
- Complete an eligible entry activity during the Promotion Period.
Equity-One may verify that entrants and winners meet these eligibility requirements.
3. How to Enter
Eligible brokers will receive:
- One (1) entry for successfully completing Equity-One broker accreditation during the Promotion Period.
- One (1) additional entry for each broker they refer who successfully completes Equity-One broker accreditation during the Promotion Period.
There is no maximum number of entries. A referral entry will only be valid once the referred broker has successfully completed Equity-One’s accreditation process.
No entry fee applies.
4. Prize Draw and Winner Notification
Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on 17 December 2026.
Winners will be notified in writing by 22 December 2026 using the contact details available to Equity-One.
Winners must confirm that they accept the prize and are available to attend the event by 10 January 2027.
Equity-One will take reasonable steps to contact a winner who does not initially respond. This may include follow-up emails, telephone calls or text messages using the contact details available to Equity-One.
If a winner does not confirm attendance by 10 January 2027, declines the prize, is ineligible or is unable to attend the event, the prize will be forfeited.
Equity-One may, at its discretion, conduct a redraw and offer a forfeited prize to another eligible entrant. Equity-One is not required to reallocate a forfeited prize.
5. Prize
Each winner will receive one (1) invitation to attend the Equity-One Porsche Drive Experience.
- Date: Friday, 22 January 2027.
- Duration: Full day, expected to run from approximately 8:30am or 9:00am until 4:00pm.
- Proposed departure location: Porsche Centre Doncaster, Victoria, subject to final confirmation.
- Destination: Yarra Valley, Victoria.
- Experience: A guided Porsche driving experience through the Yarra Valley, including the opportunity to rotate between participating vehicles at designated stops, scenic driving routes, photo opportunities, hosted lunch and guidance from a Porsche driving instructor.
The anticipated fleet includes a selection of Porsche 911 Carrera and GTS variants, supported by Porsche lead and sweep vehicles. The final vehicle models, colours and availability will be confirmed closer to the event and may change.
The prize is for the winner only and does not include a guest. It is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Interstate Winners
For winners residing outside Victoria, Equity-One will arrange and fund reasonable return economy air travel to Melbourne for the purpose of attending the event.
Equity-One will also arrange and fund one (1) night’s accommodation for an interstate winner who wishes to stay overnight in connection with the event.
Travel and accommodation arrangements will be determined and booked by Equity-One.
Unless otherwise agreed by Equity-One, airport and ground transfers, travel insurance, meals outside those provided as part of the event, parking, personal expenses and incidental costs remain the responsibility of the winner.
If an interstate winner chooses to make alternative travel or accommodation arrangements, Equity-One is not required to reimburse the winner or provide the cash equivalent of the arrangements Equity-One would otherwise have provided.
7. Event Participation
Winners must attend the event personally and be available for the full-day experience on Friday, 22 January 2027.
Winners must present a current and valid Australian driver’s licence and may be required to complete reasonable waivers or event documentation before participating.
Participants must follow all applicable laws, safety requirements and reasonable instructions provided by Equity-One, Porsche, the driving instructor or other event representatives.
Participation in driving activities may be refused or discontinued if a participant does not meet the applicable licensing or safety requirements or does not follow reasonable event instructions.
8. Event Changes
The departure location, timing, route, itinerary, vehicles and activities may change due to vehicle availability, weather, road conditions, safety requirements or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Equity-One or Porsche.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, Equity-One will contact the winners with updated information.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with Equity-One’s Privacy Policy.
Entrant information will be used to administer the promotion, assess broker accreditation and arrange the prize.
Equity-One may share relevant winner information with Porsche, Porsche Centre Doncaster and any travel, accommodation or event providers where reasonably necessary to arrange the prize.
10. General
Equity-One may verify entries and disqualify an entrant who provides false, misleading or incomplete information or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Equity-One may amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
